At Fusion Apartments in Irvine, CA, your furry friends are part of the family! With spacious layouts and scenic surroundings, our community happily accommodates up to two pets, with a maximum weight of 80 lbs each. Enjoy pet-friendly amenities and a perfect home for you and your companions!

Our Pet Policy

  • Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • Pet Deposit (Refundable) $500 per Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent - $50 per Pet
  • Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted:​ Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.

*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
